When Are Our Offices and Depots Closed?

Our Head Office in Swadlincote and depots across the UK will close for the Christmas break from Tuesday 24th December 2024 and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025. Our Glasgow depot will be opening on Friday 3rd January 2025 due to a Scotland Bank Holiday.

Our phone line and emergency number will remain available throughout this period at 01283 512 111.

Pre-Christmas Deliveries

If you need a delivery before Christmas, act fast! Limited slots are still available, but they’re filling up quickly. You can place your order online or by speaking directly to one of our friendly Sales Team.

Collections

Our free Click and Collect service is available at our Nottingham, Bristol, Tipton, Glasgow, and Canvey Island depots until Tuesday, 24th December. Please note that the service will be closed from 25th December and will reopen on 2nd January at 7am, with the Glasgow depot reopening on 3rd January at 7am.

Orders Placed Over Christmas

Orders made during the Christmas shutdown, including collections or deliveries via standard, express, or next-working-day services, will not be processed until we return on 2nd January 2025.

Deliveries During the Holiday Period

Need a delivery during the break? No problem!

We will be running our specific day delivery service over the Christmas period. This service is available for in-stock items only. You can place an order by calling our sales line on 01283 512111 or by placing an order online.
