AcoustiGuard® Acoustic Fencing Kits

Each panel combines high-performance EchoAbsorb acoustic absorption with high-quality 358 mesh to prevent cutting and climbing. This combination reduces noise while providing high-security anti-climb safety, and is at home in many locations. Also, to help reduce installation time, the panels arrive fully assembled and ready to fit into position.

Available in heights from 1.8m to 3.0m, and standard widths of 2420mm per panel.

AcoustiGuard® Gates

The range includes single and double leaf gates designed for flexibility and wider access. Heights of 1.8m to 3.0m, and widths from 2.0m (personnel) up to 6.0m (HGVs) mean there is a gate for every application.

All gates are LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) certified, capable of withstanding a one-minute attack from small hand tools. The hybrid steel-and-timber construction combines steel frames with acoustic timber panels, ensuring strength, durability, and reliable noise reduction. The gates are fully compliant with BS EN 1794 for acoustic barriers, providing both sound insulation and structural performance. Delivered crane-ready, they reduce installation time and ensure precise alignment.

AcoustiGuard® RSJ Steel Post Kits

The RSJ steel posts form the structural backbone of the system, anchoring panels and gates for maximum security and stability. Manufactured from high-quality rolled steel joists and hot-dip galvanised to ISO 1461, these posts resist corrosion, bending, and impact over decades of service.

Posts are supplied in lengths specific to system heights (1.8m – 3.0m) for proper embedment, ensuring resilience against wind loading and deliberate force. Installation is straightforward, with panels and gates slotting securely into the RSJ channels, fastened with the included M8 x 100mm Flange Hex Head Wood screws.
