Build Your Own 3.2m Armco System
This high quality corrugated Armco rail is a key component in creating a barrier system suitable for protecting both pedestrians and property. Each of these beams is 3.51 metres in length with a functional length of 3.2m (each side will have an overlap of 155mm).
The Armco rails have been designed to withstand impacts from vehicles when used in conjunction with RSJ or 'Z' posts. It is possible to also use these rails to create walkway systems for areas with a high level of vehicle use such as car parks or warehouses. It is also possible to install these directly to the front of buildings with the use of wall mounting plates.
It is also possible to have these rails finished in a high visibility yellow powder coating. These polyester powder coatings can help to increase the overall visibility as well as provide a second layer of protection to the steel against the effects of rusting and weathering.
Please Note: This kit is designed to be booked out as a single run. If you would like multiples runs, you will need to book additional posts and fixings. Additionally, our recommendation quantity for posts is every 3.2m but our posts can be placed every 1.6m as well. If you would like every 1.6m ,you will just need to add the additional posts.
