The PaliFence® LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) Palisade Security Fencing Kits are the backbone of creating a secure perimeter for sites that require a higher level of security, such as electrical and energy facilities or warehouses storing high value items.
What is the LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) Rating?
In order to gain this accreditation, the PaliFence® Palisade Security Fencing Kits are evaluated, testing its ability to withstand hostile attacks in order to gain access. These Palisade fencing kits have been tested and certified to this high standard, meaning that they are capable of withstanding an attack for 60 seconds by criminals using hand tools. This 60 second delay can be vital in allowing on site security teams to respond and prevent the perimeter from being breached.
Features and Benefits of PaliFence® Palisade Fencing Kits
Each bay of PaliFence® security fencing has been made from high quality steel which has been hot dip galvanised to ISO 1461 standards, helping to provide a long working lifespan. For additional protection and to add some colour to your fencing perimeter, it is also possible to have these panels finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC).
Unlike many types of palisade fencing, the PaliFence® steel security fencing kits come with an additional cross rail, which goes across the centre of the panel. This positioning helps to increase strength and prevent bending during an attack.
PaliFence® palisade fencing kits feature an increased number of pales compared to standard palisade kits, this reduces the distances between pale centres and means that more pales will need to be removed to allow a person to squeeze through.
To allow for installation on sloping surfaces, these fencing kits can be staggered to accommodate gradients from 0 to 30°. These kits are available with either dig in or bolt down posts, allowing installation on a variety of ground types.
Please note: Before ordering, always carry out an assessment prior to ordering, our sales team can also be contacted for advice. The bolt down post option is supplied with the necessary SR1-tested ground anchor bolts. Dig in posts will required C20/25 grade concrete to secure the posts correctly.
In order to create a complete and secure perimeter, additional posts and corner fishplate systems are available. To provide secure and safe access points, the PaliFence® range includes a range of double leaf and single leaf gates, all certified to LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) standards.
