Armco Corners & End Sections

Armco corners and ends are essential components for completing a safe and secure Armco barrier system. Armco corners are used to create smooth and continuous turns in the barrier, while Armco ends are used to finish off the ends of the barrier and prevent them from becoming sharp hazards. All of our Armco corners and ends are easy to install and come with all the necessary fixings. We also offer a powder coating service to match your corners and ends to your existing Armco barrier system.

Armco Corners

Installing corners to your Armco crash barrier system enhances the overall appearance and creates a smooth, continuous barrier line.

With a range of internal and external corners available in 90° and 135° angles, we offer a solution to meet your specific needs. Our corners allow for your crash barrier to flow around your protected area without breaking the barrier line.

For increased visibility and a more polished appearance, we recommend our HDPE Armco external and internal corners with diamond reflectors. These corners are ideal for pedestrianised areas, as they improve visibility and reduce the risk of injury from the sharp galvanised steel.

Alternatively, we offer galvanised corners that can also be powder-coated yellow to match your barrier beams. These corners are made to the highest quality standards for long-lasting durability.

Our Flexie corner barrier is also constructed from high-quality galvanised steel that complies with BS EN 1461. It is perfect for permanent outdoor use, as it is protected against corrosion and rust.

Armco Ends

For a secure and high-quality Armco barrier installation, our Armco End Kits are the ideal choice. Crafted from galvanised steel, these end kits are built to stand the test of time, just like the Armco beams themselves. These kits are crucial for completing your Armco barrier, and they come with all the necessary components to ensure a secure finish. These corners easily attach to the end of our Armco rail.

All of our Armco ends are compatible with our Armco beams, and all are designed to prevent any accidental injury or damage from the sharp galvanised steel finish on the beams themselves.

Our range of end options caters to various security requirements. Choose from our galvanised bull-nosed shoes, fish tail ends, and pedestrian 'D' ends, all constructed from galvanised steel and optionally available in a powder-coated yellow finish.

Alternatively, we offer polyethylene and HDPE ends, including the HDPE fishtail, pedestrian safety end, and safety end, all equipped with high-visibility reflectors for enhanced safety and visibility. These specialised components are purpose-built to mitigate risks, particularly in pedestrianised areas, and elevate the visual appeal of your system once fully installed.

For scenarios where visibility is essential, but a lower level of security is acceptable, consider our Armco short-end and long-end options. These lightweight sleeves effortlessly fit onto the end of the beam, providing added visibility without compromising on safety.

Armco Post Caps

Armco post caps are designed to fit on top of our Armco posts. They protect the top of the post and provide an extra layer of protection. The yellow caps provide extra visibility and clearly indicate where the barriers are positioned for motor and pedestrian traffic. We offer RSJ post caps and Z post caps to fit a variety of Armco barrier systems.
