With over 40 vehicles on the road, and five depots nationwide, considering the environment is at the forefront of First Fence plans when it comes to manufacturing and new products.
With more and more manufacturing moving to First Fence premises at Swadlincote (including palisade fencing ranges too), our EnviroRail® Railings are produced using machinery that does not require any welding.
Instead of using welds to secure each join within the railings, bespoke laser cut and formed components have been made, which are then pressed together forming incredibly strong bonds using just the steel itself.
This reduced weld point design means that many of the joins that would normally require energy and resource intensive welds can be removed from the construction process.
“Currently, there is nothing else like our EnviroRail® ranges on the market at the moment. It is groundbreaking in its manufacturing processes, and we hope that it makes a considerable impact on the fencing market,” commented Vinny Kotecha, Director at First Fence Ltd.
“By researching and developing alternative production and manufacturing methods, we have been able to design a strong, sturdy, but stylish railing system that ticks all these boxes for our customers,” commented Vinny Kotecha.
There has been some great feedback from our customers that have already purchased and installed, with Peter Freer commenting, “Great product, great delivery, easy to install and far better standard price than standard estate railings.”
The bow top, vertical bar and play sec railings are suitable for installation on both hard and soft ground types, with bolt down and dig in options available.
The Estate Railings are only available in dig in, so will require post mix to secure into the ground.
As the EnviroRail® Railings are easy to handle, they are much easier to install, therefore reducing labour requirements on site.
The EnviroRail® Railings are ideal for many projects; from schools, private gardens, parks and the estate railings are becoming more and more popular around new housing developments as they add the finishing touch to the property.
