Unlike conventional railing systems that rely heavily on energy-intensive welding, EnviroRail® uses precision-formed, laser-cut components that are pressed and bonded to achieve joints as strong as welded alternatives. This low-weld manufacturing process dramatically cuts down on energy consumption, emissions, and waste, helping to lower the overall carbon footprint of every railing system produced.

All EnviroRail® railings are made from high-quality, responsibly sourced steel and finished with a durable Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) available in a wide range of colours. The EnviroRail® bow top railings feature a reduced-weld design which comprises custom-formed and cut parts, which, when pressed together, form incredibly strong bonds and greatly reduce the amount of welding required.
• Made to last: Each bay has been constructed from high-quality steel, finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating. These coatings are available in a range of colours and help to protect the steel from the damaging effects of rust and corrosion.
• Available with either dig-in or bolt-down posts: The EnviroRail®  fencing kits are available with either dig-in or bolt-down posts, allowing for installation on a range of ground types.
• Hollow tube construction: Providing an excellent level of strength whilst keeping weight to a minimum for easier transportation and installation.
