Where is Spectator Railing Fencing Installed?
SpectaRail® is manufactured from twin wire 868 mesh, known by the Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) as ‘Twin Bar’. SpectaRail® is a perfect complement for Football, Rugby and MUGA, whilst also being suitable for Tennis, Netball and Athletics.
The SAPCA sports fencing suitability matrix (as below) highlights a fence's suitability for a sports application.
- 1 (Green) = most suitable
- 2 (Yellow) = suitable
- 3 (Red) = not suitable

SpectaRail® Safety-Clamp
The innovative three-sided clamp bar conceals the 22mm gap created by the thickness of the 868 twin mesh panel. This gap (between the traditional clamp bar and mesh post) is prone to potential finger entrapment with football and rugby players.
SpectaRail® Non-Removable Handrails
The concealed, anti-removable handrail fixing method prevents any potential manipulation of handrail removal
SpectaRail® 180 Degree Hinges
The ability to fully open single and double gates 180 degrees against the adjacent fencing bay allows for no protrusions in the field or walkway.
