Christmas Opening Hours: When Are Our Offices and Depots Closed?
As we approach the festive season, please be aware of our Christmas shutdown dates. Our Swadlincote Head Office and all UK depots will close for the holidays from Wednesday 24th December 2025, reopening on Monday 5th January 2026.

Need Your Order Before Christmas?
There’s still time, but only just! Pre-Christmas delivery slots are running low, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. You can order online or chat with one of our helpful Sales Team members to secure a delivery date.
Click & Collect Availability
Our complimentary Click & Collect option will continue at our Nottingham, Bristol, Tipton, Glasgow, and Canvey Island depots up to and including Wednesday 24th December.
Please note: Click & Collect will pause from 25th December. Service resumes on 5th January at 7am.
Orders Placed During the Holiday Closure
Any orders submitted over the Christmas break, whether for collection or for delivery via standard, express, or next-working-day services, will be processed once we reopen on 5th January 2026.
Deliveries Throughout the Festive Break
If you need something delivered during the holiday period, we’ve got you covered.
Our specific-day delivery service will continue to operate for in-stock items only.
