Introducing First Fence's range of galvanised steel and PETG free-standing shelters, the ultimate in durability, functionality and style for outdoor protection solutions. Manufactured with great attention to detail, these shelters are designed and engineered to withstand the harshest elements while providing a safe, secure and inviting space for bike or bin storage, smoking shelters, passenger waiting areas, or EV charging bases.

Our shelters all have a sturdy frame constructed from galvanised steel, known for its exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. This guarantees longevity and reliability, whether in bustling urban environments or more remote locations.
The range is hot-dip galvanised to ISO 1461, giving superior protection and resistance to rust and guaranteeing at least 85 microns of galvanised protection. Did you know, when you purchase a painted mild steel or zinc shelter product, oxidation and rust could be visible in as little as three months? It pays to choose wisely!
The entire range is free-standing, eliminating the need for attachment to any structure. Simply bolt the flanged bases to a suitable concrete foundation, and it’s ready for use. This is a bolt-down-only format with strong 140mm x 140mm x 10mm base plates. If you need ground anchors, we also offer these; just add them to your order.
The First Fence line of shelters is modular and comes in kit form for easy on-site assembly and no bulky transit or storage. The range requires no foundations or dig-in posts. Based on a four-post shelter, the entire system can be bolted down in less than 30 minutes!
The shelters in the range are available in a galvanised or a clear PETG (polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) format. PETG is a hard-wearing 4mm clear sheet, giving added security, safety and light to your shelter, making it easy to find your bike lock keys!
Many of our shelters are suitable as bike shelters, so why not add some cycle stands to your order? They are all bolt-down format, so remember to add ground anchors too.
First Fence also offers a wide choice of street furniture to accompany your shelter, including steel knee rail, litter bins, grit bins and bollards.
