Armco Post Caps

Enhance visibility and safeguard pedestrians with our specialised Armco Post Caps designed to fit both RSJ and 'Z' style Posts. These eye-catching yellow and black plastic caps serve as prominent markers, effectively reducing the risk of collisions while protecting pedestrians from the sharp galvanised edges on Armco posts.

Armco Offset Bracket & Wall Brackets

Designed to complement our Armco rails, the Armco Offset Bracket can be mounted on walls or posts, providing a secure anchor for your barriers. These brackets are particularly useful when Armco rails need direct attachment to a wall or post.

The Armco Wall Mounting Plate is used to support the Armco rails to prevent any damage to any walls should an accident occur and therefore would be used particularly in warehouses and depots where vehicles operate, protecting the infrastructure from any unnecessary damage. It easily attaches to the wall and usually a replacement for posts.

Post Bolts and Lapbolts

Integral components of your Armco barrier system, our post bolts and lap bolts play a vital role in anchoring beams securely, even under impact and adverse weather conditions. These durable fasteners are built to last alongside your beams and posts.

Armco barrier lap bolts are used to securely join overlapping sections of Armco barriers, ensuring a stable and continuous connection along the length of the barrier. Post bolts, on the other hand, are used to attach the Armco barrier beams to the supporting posts, providing a strong and durable fixing that maintains the structural integrity of the system. Both types of bolts are essential for the safe and effective installation of Armco barriers, which are designed to protect vehicles and pedestrians from hazards.

Post Mix and Ground Anchors

The type of post you use for your Armco system will determine whether you need post mix or ground anchors.

Post mix is used for dig-in posts, which are dug into the ground and secured with post mix.

Ground anchors are used for bolt-down posts, which are drilled into the ground and secured with ground anchors. We recommend using four ground anchors per post. Ground anchors are metal rods that are driven into the ground and then attached to the post. They are a good option for hard or rocky ground, as they provide a strong and secure anchor for the post.
