Armco barriers are also known as safety, crash, carpark or steel safety barriers and many other names besides, however they all do the same job; they protect pedestrians, staff, buildings and valuable assets from damage that may be caused by a vehicle, slow or fast-moving.
This type of steel crash barrier is seen in 'off road' situations, most people will recognise it from multi-storey car parks, but it is also a very useful product for warehouses and loading or delivery bays where vehicles need to turn in restricted spaces. An accidental knock to a wall by a vehicle may cause significant structural damage, which will be time consuming and costly to repair. Or if racking shelves were knocked, this could bring down a whole section and destroy the products stored on them, whereas a section of crash barrier will be relatively simple and less costly to replace.
The Armco Offset Bracket is designed to work with the Armco range of products and can be mounted on a wall or a post and barriers be secured to it. At the end of a run, the Armco barriers may need to be mounted directly to a wall/concrete post and this offset bracket will be very useful in these situations.
The bracket will require 2 bolts to fix to a wall or post and one to attach the Armco rail in place.
First Fence carries a range of Armco products from rails, beams and posts to fixing accessories.
