Our DropCore Bollards provide a robust, removable safety barrier ideal for warehouses, logistics centres, and level-access loading bays. Perfect for areas where HGV trailers and delivery vehicles frequently reverse, these demountable bollards combine impact protection with operational flexibility, supporting both safety and efficiency in high-traffic industrial environments.
Durable Construction
Constructed from mild steel and hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, DropCore Bollards are built to withstand heavy impacts while resisting corrosion and wear. The bollard core fits into a galvanised floor socket, performing like a traditional potted bollard but with the added advantage of full removability. This enables quick replacement if damaged and provides a long-term, adaptable solution for evolving site layouts or temporary access needs.

High Visibility and Reflective Features
The sleeves are available in three high-visibility colour combinations: Yellow & Black, Black & Yellow, and Red & White. Paired with a 50mm reflective silver band, these bollards remain highly visible in both daylight and low-light conditions, ensuring maximum safety in busy or poorly lit environments.
Impact Absorption for Extra Protection
DropCore Bollards feature a shock-absorbing gaiter, providing additional resistance to impacts from forklifts, delivery trucks, and HGVs. This cushioning effect protects the bollard, nearby structures, floor anchors, and vehicles, helping reduce costly damage and downtime.
Demountable Core for Flexibility
The standout feature of DropCore Bollards is their demountable core. In the event of damage or changing layout requirements, the bollard can be lifted out of its floor socket and replaced without excavation or structural work. This modularity makes them perfect for dynamic workspaces that require flexibility and easy long-term maintenance.
