1.56m High DropCore Bollard
The DropCore Bollards are a heavy-duty removable bollard system that can easily be integrated into a comprehensive impact protection system in a wide range of locations, including warehouses, factories and external level access loading doors where HGV trailers reverse in and out with deliveries daily.
Made from mild steel and hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, the core of the DropCore Bollard has a finished height of 1560mm with an overall height measurement of 1700mm, and a diameter of 200mm.
This bollard comes with a cover kit made from brightly coloured polyethylene and has a 50mm reflective silver band for enhanced perceptibility when light levels are low. This cover has a diameter of 210mm and easily slides over the post once it is secured in place. The cover means that the bollard will not need to be repainted the way a standard steel bollard would be, saving both time and money.
The DropCore Bollard comes with a cast-in steel floor socket (200mm deep) for easy bollard installation and removal. To install, you drill the slab, cast in the ground socket and then drop the core into the socket. The socket comes with 3 safety anchors to secure in place (M10 x 120mm). Post Mix is recommended for pointing around the baseplate to secure and neaten the finish.
