Features:
The Box Profile sheeting is easy to install and is designed to be low maintenance. The unique design is a clear step away from the old corrugated cladding due to the selected finish.
Finishes:
You can choose to have the standard galvanized steel finish, or you can add an extra coating to ensure the long-term protection of the sheeting.
Galvanized Steel
Prevents rust and has an anti-weathering finish so it will withstand harsh conditions without compromising on efficiency.
Polyester
Slightly stronger than the Galvanized finish with a more durable coating.
Plastisol
Just as long lasting as the previous but with an opaque finish with a corrosion resistant coating. The Plastisol also has a softer and more aesthetically pleasing finish, this would be recommended if your cladding will be public facing.
Size Choices:
We are aware that your need for this type of cladding will vary from job to job. Therefore, not only do we give the option to add a protective coating but also a choice in sizing. They all have a standard 1m width and 0.7mm gauge, fitting with the standard expectation surrounding roof cladding. But you can choose the length of the cladding to best fit your need, we offer either a 3m, 4m or 5m as standard. Nevertheless, this does not mean that we cannot fulfil larger lengths. In fact, we can roll the sheets up to 9m lengths. If you do require this though please call us for a quote.
