To prevent accidents it is important to implement a sound impact protection system and Impact Bollards are a useful part of this type of plan.
The ImpactSAFE Heavy Duty Bollard is part of an advanced range of bolt down bollards that are high visibility, robust and shock absorbent. Each has a steel core and a bolt down base that comes with the appropriate floor anchors to fasten it into place. This bollard comes with a high-vis cover kit which has a 50mm diamond grade reflective band around it.
The ImpactSAFE Protection Post is available in 3 heights and is a medium duty product that offers quality, safety and performance. Made from mild steel with a hollow core it is a bolt down format and has a rotating, bright yellow polyethylene sleeve. It has ImpactSAFE buffers to absorb shock from accidental collisions.
The DropCore Bollard is a heavy duty format that is made from hot dip galvanised mild steel and comes with a yellow and black cover kit. This bollard comes with a cast-in steel floor socket and the bollard itself is demountable (removable).
The Potted Bollard is a heavy duty ground sunk format with built-in impact absorbing qualities and is useful for warehouses and and loading bays where heavy vehicles may be manoeuvring.
A Polymer Cover Kit is also available for existing steel bollards with a 168mm diameter. This cover is a push-fit design with diamond grade reflective band that simply slides over your bollards. These vibrant coloured covers will mean you will never need to repaint your bollards.
Stainless Steel and Galvanised Bollards are used to keep pedestrians and vehicles separate and can be seen in carparks, around shopping centres, supermarkets and alongside public paths. The Stainless Steel product is available in a variety of heights and installation styles. The Galvanised Bollard can be polyester powder coated in a choice of RAL colours.
