FirstShield® Tree Protection Temporary Panel Frame Kit - Timber
Safeguard valuable trees during construction with our Timber Post Tree Protection Fencing System. Expertly designed using robust 4"x4" UC4 timber posts (with choice of height) and temporary fencing panels, this system establishes a sturdy Tree Protection Zone (TPZ). It provides a natural-looking yet secure solution to protect root systems, trunks, and canopies from the risks of site traffic, material storage, and groundworks.
This all-in-one system provides a complete barrier to prevent accidental damage. The kit includes the vertical tanalised timber posts and all the necessary fixings, including couplers and M10 x 100mm coach screws, to create the enclosure. Just add your choice of temporary fencing panels.
Designed for installation in soft ground, the vertical timber posts are driven into the earth. This method avoids the need for concrete, which can cause soil compaction and chemical leaching, detrimental to a tree's Root Protection Area (RPA). The temporary fencing panels are then securely fixed to the posts, forming a rigid and highly visible protective barrier ideal for the demands of any construction site.
