Gate Posts

We have two different types of post. The first hanging post, also known as the catch post, serves as the hinge post. These posts act as the anchor for the gate, providing the essential connection between the gate leaf and its hinge system. We manufacture our posts from galvanised steel, which provides an added layer of protection against weathering and rusting.

The second post we have is the slotted post, which includes a slot for the spring bolt to fit into and maintain the gate closed. Galvanised steel manufactures this gate, providing an added layer of protection against rust. You can use post mix to safely secure the post in place.

Our two dig-in gate posts come in a convenient length of 2000mm, with a recommended digging depth of 600mm for secure installation. Each post is round, measuring 114.3mm (4.5") in diameter, offering ample strength and stability for your farm gates.

Farm Gate Spring Bolt Kit

A Farm Gate Spring Bolt Kit is a crucial component for securing and latching your farm or field gate. We designed our spring bolt kit to ensure easy opening and closing of the gate leaf. The kit contains Gate Slider Latch Bar, a Spring, M20 Flat Washer, and a Tension Pin. The compression spring ensures the bolt returns to the closed position. It’s extremely easy to install and does not require bolting on the gate.

Unlike padlocks, spring bolt kits offer a more integrated and secure closure, preventing accidental openings due to wind or animal impact. This spring bolt kit is ideal for securing livestock enclosures, field access points, and other outdoor gate applications.

Adjustable Gate Eyes

When it comes to field gates, versatility is key. Adjustable gate eyes help with uneven terrain, gate sagging, and adjusting gate closure for a better fit. These devices have bolts and nuts that let you adjust the gate's position accurately in relation to the post.
