Please note, this kit does not come with fixings. For loose kits you will need 8 M10 x 150mm Coach Screws and 250 64mm stainless steel nails. For assembled panels you will need 8 x M10 x 150mm Coach Screws (for timber) or 6 x M10 x 70mm Coach Bolts and nuts (for steel), and 10 64mm stainless steel nails for the capping.
This product is manufactured from Sawn Spruce and may cause splinters.

Superior Durability: Manufactured from Tanalised (UC4), pressure-treated timber sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. The timber is surface incised for maximum preservative penetration, ensuring it is suitable for ground contact and has a long life.
Long Service Life: Designed to be maintenance-free, the timber boasts a 30-year desired service life as specified by the manufacturer (subject to correct installation and site conditions).
Natural Aesthetic: The timber’s natural pale green colour blends beautifully into outdoor environments. It can be painted or stained with a breathable finish if desired.
Enhanced Privacy & Security: In addition to exceptional noise control, these solid fence panels increase privacy and serve as a secure, attractive alternative to industrial security fencing.
Kit Contents and Options
This loose kit contains all the timber components for one 3.0m wide bay: Straight Boards, a Timber Gravel Board, a Capping Rail, Horizontal Rails, and Cover Strips.
You can choose to install your panels using either wooden posts or galvanised RSJ steel posts. Make your selection when adding to your order.
Installation Guidance
Foundation: For maximum stability and performance, we strongly recommend digging the posts in rather than using bolt-down supports.
Assembly: Once posts are secure at 3.0m centres, fix the horizontal rails between them at equal spacings. Attach the vertical boards to the rails, ensuring they are tightly butted together. Nail the cover strips over each vertical joint, and finish by fixing the capping rail to the top of the panel to protect it from rainwater.
Site Preparation: Please clear all vegetation along the fence line and ensure the panels will not sit in standing water. For guidance on wind loading suitability in your specific location, consult a structural engineer.
