Learn how to fit, assemble, and adjust the Locinox aluminium panic push bar and LP gate lock set. Designed for emergency exit pedestrian gates, this surface-mounted panic bar allows fast, effortless push-to-open egress while maintaining secure external access control.
Assemble Push Bar Bracket: Secure the guide bracket onto the lock mechanism casing.
Prepare LP Lock Body: Insert the key cylinder and configure day/night bolt handing.
Mount Lock to Gate Profile: Secure the LP lock body and back plate onto the gate frame using hex screws.
Attach Pivot Bracket: Fasten the hinge-side pivot bracket to the opposite end of the gate leaf.
Fit Aluminium Bar: Insert the cut-to-length aluminium push bar between the lock mechanism and pivot bracket.
