The Leyton galvanised shelter has been designed to provide secure and weather-protected storage for bicycles, or for other types of storage and shelter needs. Constructed from galvanised steel, it has strong resistance to rust and corrosion, making it the perfect material for a shelter for outdoor use in various weather conditions.
This shelter is part of First Fence's extensive line-up of steel shelters, which can be used for bicycle or wheelie bin storage, smoking shelters and passenger waiting areas, amongst other uses. They provide a convenient and reliable storage solution that encourages cycling as a sustainable mode of transport while also helping to prevent theft and damage.

The Leyton shelter is a free-standing and open-sided structure that is designed for easy on-site assembly. The frame is made from galvanised mild steel and features a 1mm galvanised sheet curved roof and back, with open ends, which helps with efficient water run-off.
The galvanised steel conforms to ISO 1461 ensuring that your shelter will be resistant to rust or corrosion, which is crucial to a product that is permanently sited out of doors in challenging weather conditions. It has a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee when correctly installed.
This shelter is ideal for bike storage and as it has no sides or front, it allows for increased natural daylight, which helps with safety and security.
This product has an overall height of 2124mm, a depth of 2090mm and comes in a choice of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5m widths. It is a free-standing format that is bolted down to a hard ground surface with strong 140mm x 140mm x 10mm base plates. You will need M12 x 115mm ground anchors to ensure a firm installation, these can be added to your order.
The Leyton shelter is the perfect companion to our cycle stands, which can be added to your order. Or add perch benches to enable users to sit in comfort and be shielded from the elements.
All of the steel shelters in the line up are fully modular and designed to be put together on site, meaning there are no bulky storage or transport needs.
