Gecko Developments acquired Pitshanger Lane in 2020.

With planning permission granted in 2021, Gecko will be constructing eight opulent apartments, which include private amenity spaces.

Mac Demolition, the appointed demolition contractor, are on-site as of January 2023, carrying out demolition.

They were looking for a temporary fencing solution that would allow the contractor to set up an exclusion zone, which is a crucial part of health and safety, ensuring everyone is kept safe and staying out of areas that pose a hazard!

One of the great strengths of our standard square top temporary panels is that they provide extensive security, and they are easy to put up. They are ideal for restricting an area that is under construction and can be easily manoeuvred if needs be.

Along with the temporary fencing, Gecko Developments added our debris netting to add a protective covering to make sure passersby and pedestrians are kept safe from any debris or falling objects.

Gecko Developments doesn’t have anywhere to store the fencing after using it for this project, so they decided to use our hire service, so that the fencing can be delivered when they require it, and collected after they’ve finished their job.
