The EL00IG-RAD-K E-Loop In-Ground Commercial Radar Kit is a free exit commercial wireless detector supplied with 50 Transceiver and will manage access for multi-unit complexes with up to 50 units.
Fast and Efficient Installation
Despite being recessed into the driveway, installation is quick and straightforward and can be completed in three simple steps:
- Code the E-Loop to the 50 series transceiver
- Core bored an 89mm diameter hole to a depth of 70mm and secured the unit using flexible mastic
- Calibrate the E-Loop
Once installed, the system can be fully operational in under 30 minutes, offering a significant reduction in installation time compared to traditional wired loop systems.
Power and System Integration
The in-ground E-Loop is battery-operated and requires a 14500 mAh lithium battery (not included). Depending on usage and operating mode, this can deliver up to 10 years of battery life, minimising ongoing maintenance.
The supplied 50 series transceiver must be connected to the gate or barrier automation control panel and is recommended for use with a 12V power supply, ensuring stable and secure communication between the detector and the control system.
