The BRAINY 230v Full Featured Control Panel is designed for one or two motors and is ideal for swing gates, hydraulic operators and industrial folding doors.
Installation is easy with the convenient built-in display, and the control panel itself offers versatile operating logic to suit your requirements.
Features
This controller is suitable for one or two motors and features quick and easy installation with an integrated LCD display. It includes a 433.92 MHz 64-code radio receiver that supports three encoding systems: Advanced Rolling Code, Rolling Code, and Fixed Code. The design incorporates removable terminal boards and offers automatic, semi-automatic, and deadman’s logic. It has an encoder input to detect obstacles and separate limit switch inputs for each motor, as well as inputs for open, close, pedestrian, step-by-step, and stop functions. Additionally, there are separate photocell inputs for both the opening-closing and closing phases, along with an input for N.C or 8K2 sensitive edges. The controller provides outputs for an electric lock (230 Vac and 12 Vac/dc) and for configuration as a gate open indicator, service light, second radio channel, and photocell testing. Operating parameters can be auto-set with motors equipped with encoders, and there are separate electronic torque adjustments for each motor and operating times, including adjustable slow-downs. The Advantouch system allows for parameter configuration and radio transmitter management, with a count of manoeuvres, programming access password, and maintenance warning features included.
