This product is crafted from Plaswood, a high-quality, innovative, and durable material. Unlike wood or steel, Plaswood is impervious to weather conditions, resistant to rot, splinter-free, moisture-repellent, and requires no maintenance.

Choose your components
To build your own plastic mortised post and rail system, select the meterage of the required fencing. Then select the quantity of 3.1m rails (this style of fencing requires two per bay), then select your posts. The post is available in a 1.7m and a 2.0m height for the 1.2m and 1.5m systems, respectively. We recommend 3 posts per bay, plus an end post for the termination of your fencing run. Corner posts can be added if you need to change the direction.
This is a dig-in system and requires one bag of post mix per post. It is recommended that posts are installed at 1.0m (+/- 50mm) post centres. No fixings are required for the posts and rails.
Once installed, this system requires little maintenance; however, it is a good idea to check the fixings periodically to ensure the posts and rails are performing optimally.
First Fence also offers a standard recycled plastic post and rail fencing line. Or if you prefer the look and feel of a real wood fence, post and rail is also available as a timber version. First Fence also offers knee rail fencing in timber, steel or recycled plastic for a low-security boundary marking solution.
