Product Description

Injection Blow Out Pump (10mm+)

Some base materials, such as brick or stonework, are prone to cracking and crumbling and make drilling close to an edge almost impossible; this is where a chemical or resin fixing will come into its own. They will help you make the most secure attachment and are capable of supporting heavy loads as the stress is distributed the length of the bond, which is also watertight.

They are particularly useful when installing gate posts, as the continual opening and closing can loosen mechanical fixings and render the gate unsafe. They take a little more skill when installing, but the result is well worth the effort.

As with most jobs, preparation is key, and it is particularly important when installing a chemical anchor fixing. Before injecting resin into your drilled hole, it is necessary to remove any loose material from it so that this debris doesn’t clog the resin. This is easy to do with a blow out pump.

This blowout pump, available from First Fence, is manually operated and clears debris in one plunge. It is the pressure from the pumping action that removes drill cuttings from the hole itself.

The product is lightweight and simple to operate, and is perfect for holes 10mm+. It is a very handy tool that will make short work of removing masonry detritus when you have drilled a hole.

First Fence carries a full range of resin fixings equipment from masonry drill bits to resin cartridges and guns, spare nozzles, and stud ground anchor bolts.
