2.0m High EnviroRail® Standard Bow Top Railing Kit

A strong, stylish and more environmentally friendly solution to traditional bow top fencing, the EnviroRail® bow top railings are an ideal choice for creating perimeters around homes, gardens or parks.

Each metal railing bay has been made to our highest standards from excellent quality steel, which has been pre-galvanised for increased weather resistance, preventing the formation of rust and corrosion.

From a visual perspective, the EnviroRail® standard bow top railings may look like regular bow top railings; the major difference lies in how each of the bays is constructed. Each bay of eco railings has been made using revolutionary new techniques which comprises of a series of bespoke, designed and formed components which form an incredibly strong and secure bond when pressed together. Whilst these bays do still require some welding, it is significantly reduced.

Each EnviroRail® kit comprises pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

Each 2.0m Kit Includes:

• 1 x EnviroRail® bow top railing panel
• 1 x Railing post
• 6 x Twist cleats
• 3 x M10 x 80mm bolts
• 3 x M10 shear nuts
• 2 x Support legs
• 1 x Ribbed post insert

To allow these fantastic railing systems to be installed in a variety of different locations, they are available in either dig in or bolt down posts.

Dig in posts: These are ideal for locations where there is soft ground in which holes can be dug easily. The posts are then securely held in place with the use of post mix (sold separately)

Bolt down posts: The bolt down post is suited towards areas which may have been covered by concrete. These posts feature a base plate with pre-drilled holes which allows ground anchor bolts (sold separately) to be used to secure the posts in place.

Customise your EnviroRail®

Each bay of EnviroRail® 2.0m high bow top railings is finished with a high-quality Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). These professionally applied coatings are available to order in a wide range of RAL colours to create a fantastic-looking railing system in gardens, parks, and schools. These coatings also provide a very important secondary function of providing the steel with an additional layer of protection against the damaging effects of weathering and rust formation.

How to Install Your Panel

Step One: Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the desired location for the new cleat; this is dictated by the gradient.

Step Two: Open the hole to a 12mm hole size to take the M10 bolts (as listed in the step below).

Step Three: Touch up and spray the hole, if required.

Step Four: Attach the cleat using the M10 x 70mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut (for 0.9m to 1.2m height systems) or M10 x 80mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut (1.5m to 2.4m height systems).

Step Five: Attach the railing panel as per standard installation guidance.

Note: Please ensure the spacing relationships are followed according to the existing hole centres on the posts.
