Features and Advantages

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, sized at 2.0m tall and 5.0m wide, allows flexible access control, accommodating both pedestrian and vehicular needs. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel which conforms to BS EN 10346, and polyester powder-coated for maximum protection, this gate promises a long lifespan and durability against wear and tear.

This gate kit's eco-conscious design reduces reliance on welding through custom-made, laser-cut components. It offers modularity and lightweight construction for easy installation, featuring pre-drilled holes for adjustable hinges and a drop bolt, while also adhering to safety standards. This gate is compliant with BS 12604 guidelines to ensure stability; if even one hinge fails the gate will still remain secure. The hooks are fully welded to the gate post, presenting fixed axis hinges.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution for securing a gate or driveway, ensuring easy installation for various hardware needs. Their universal handing allows on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. Each gate in the kit comes with pre-drilled holes for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt, along with included plastic hole plugs to cover unused holes. A simple to install locking drop bolt option enhances security and is recommended as an add-on purchase with this double leaf gate.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates come with two gate leaves, posts, and adjustable gate eyes, meeting safety standards for stability. They offer versatility in heights and widths, available in dig-in or bolt-down variants suitable for different terrains. The gates feature a 50mm ground clearance.
