First Fence is pleased to present the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate range, an excellent addition to our EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing collection. Complementing the graceful curvature of the top line of the rail, these gates embody a traditional, ornate fencing style. Beyond simply enhancing visual appeal, they also stand as robust and functional barriers, suitable for parks, schools, public spaces, commercial, and residential properties, giving a sense of safety and a welcoming ambiance.
In our extensive EnviroRail® line, we offer both gate and railing panel kits. Our gates are available in both a single and double leaf option and come in a wide range of polyester powder-coated colours. These gates are available as both bolt-down or dig-in formats, making them compatible with most ground types. Features and Benefits
The EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing Gate from First Fence sets itself apart in the market on account of its environmentally aware manufacturing technique. By using a low-weld technique and custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components, this system reduces any reliance on energy-intensive welding, which will resonate with customers interested in minimising environmental impact during production.
Skilfully crafted from quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and then further coated with polyester powder, our gates offer outstanding durability, withstanding sustained exposure to outdoor elements for years of reliable service.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
Our EnviroRail® Gates provide a fully modular and lightweight solution, enabling speedy installation for various hardware needs. Universally handed, they offer on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. If you don't know or can't decide, make your decision on site. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled for easy attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.
The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability even if one hinge fails. Moreover, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Our gate kits are available in various heights and widths, offered in dig-in and bolt-down versions suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
All EnviroRail gates come with a UniSlide kit, a secure and durable sliding system for smooth functionality. The Single Leaf Kit includes a retainer plate and guide plate for precise alignment, a durable slider with an integrated handle set and fixings, and essential installation hardware such as a 2.5mm Allen key, plastic ribbed plugs, shear nuts, and M8 square cup head bolts (110mm, 90mm, 75mm, and 65mm) for compatibility across various gate models.
For added security, you can upgrade to a key access lock or digital lock, both of which include a secure keep and locking plate.
In addition to this gate kit, First Fence provides EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates. Consider enhancing security with a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
