EnviroRail® Bow Top railings and gates are highly favoured in fencing and gating systems, renowned for their distinctive curved or arched top design. Introducing the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate range, designed by First Fence to perfectly complement the EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing collection. The EnviroRail® series offers gate and railing panel kits, providing gates in single and double leaf options with a variety of widths, heights, and polyester powder-coated colours.
Features and Benefits
Despite the standard appearance of an EnviroRail® Bow Top gate, its manufacturing process employs a low-weld technique, emphasising eco-consciousness. Laser-cut, custom-made pre-galvanised components form robust connections, significantly reducing the need for energy-intensive welding.
Made from quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards, reinforced by polyester powder coating in standard or non-standard RAL colours, this product is engineered for enduring outdoor use, enduring various environmental conditions. All EnviroRail gates are supplied with a UniSlide kit, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding system. The Single Leaf Kit includes a retainer plate and guide plate for alignment, a durable slider with an handle set and fixings.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates boast a versatile and easy installation system characterised by its modularity and lightweight design. Their universal handedness offers unparalleled adaptability on-site, freeing users from fixed left or right-hand leaf constraints. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each EnviroRail® gate arrives pre-drilled, simplifying the hinge and drop bolt installation, with convenient plastic hole plugs included for any unused holes. A
The comprehensive kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines. To prevent potential injury or damage in case of hinge failure, multiple hinges collaborate to prevent the gate leaf from falling, while fully welded gate hooks enhance security, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Offering various widths and heights, this gate kit caters to diverse installation needs, offering options for both dig-in and bolt-down installations based on ground conditions.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
