The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate sets itself apart through an environmentally mindful production, employing an innovative low-weld technique with custom made, laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This not only ensures a robust assembly but also drastically reduces the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer preferences for lower environmental impact during manufacturing.

Made from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit an exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements and wear and tear. This guarantees years of reliable functionality while preserving their good looks. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight gate solution for rapid installation, catering to diverse hardware requirements. With a universal design, they offer on-site flexibility without needing specific left or right-hand specifications, streamlining decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in case of gate movement, providing flexibility that fixed hardware cannot offer.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for the straightforward attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
