The EnviroRail® series by First Fence features gate and railing panel kits. The gates are available in single and double leaf options, offering a choice of width and height, and come in an array of polyester powder-coated colors.
Features and Benefits
Though an EnviroRail® Bow Top gate may appear standard, its manufacturing process adopts a low-weld technique, enhancing its eco-consciousness. Utilising a series of laser-cut, custom-made pre-galvanised components, these gates form robust connections when assembled, significantly reducing the need for high-energy, resource-intensive welding.
Constructed from quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards, further reinforced by polyester powder coating available in standard or non-standard RAL colours, this product is engineered for enduring outdoor installation, weathering various environmental conditions.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates offer a versatile and straightforward installation system characterised by modularity and lightweight design. Their universal handedness provides unparalleled on-site adaptability, freeing users from the constraints of a fixed left or right-hand leaf. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give. All EnviroRail gates come equipped with a UniSlide kit, a reliable and smooth-operating sliding system. The Single Leaf Kit contains a retainer plate and guide plate for secure positioning, a sturdy slider with an integrated handle set and fixings.
Each EnviroRail® gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the hinge and drop bolt installation process. Included in the package are convenient plastic hole plugs for any unused holes. Customers can choose additional locking drop bolts.
The comprehensive kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge and catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes. Prioritising safety, it adheres to BS 12604 safety guidelines. In the event of hinge failure, multiple hinges work together to prevent the gate leaf from falling, ensuring safety and averting potential injury or damage. The gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, enhancing security.
Offering various widths and heights, this gate kit accommodates diverse installation needs, providing options for both dig-in and bolt-down installations. The dig-in option suits softer ground, requiring Post Mix for post stability, while the bolt-down alternative is ideal for harder ground and secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
