In the EnviroRail® series, you will see a diverse selection of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates, naturally, are available in single and double leaf designs, and come in a variety of polyester powder-coated colours, which allows for easy incorporation with existing systems or corporate branding. They are available in a choice of height and width and are suited to both bolt-down and dig-in installations, providing flexibility on various ground surfaces and terrains. The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate stands out with its innovative, environmentally-conscious production process. Despite its standard appearance, it utilises a low-weld technique, incorporating laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This ensures robust assembly and reduces the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer preferences for minimised environmental impact during manufacturing.

Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates withstand harsh outdoor conditions, ensuring years of dependable functionality while preserving their appearance. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware needs. With a universal design, these gates provide on-site flexibility without the need for left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate movement, providing flexibility that traditional fixed hardware cannot.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical shift.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for easy attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt, with included plastic hole plugs for unused holes. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring easy installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is ideal for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option suits harder ground surfaces, secured with four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive range for various security needs. Enhance security by considering a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
