The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate, although it may appear standard at first glance, distinguishes itself from other market offerings with its environmentally conscious manufacturing process. Employing an innovative low-weld technique, the system integrates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This results in sturdy connections when assembled, minimising the dependence on energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach allies with customer preferences for reducing environmental impact in the manufacturing of gates and railings.
Formed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates are strong and display exceptional durability, able to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions, ensuring years of dependable performance. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
This gate range has a versatile, modular design, and as they are both right and left-handed they provide on-site flexibility, making the installation decision-making process more straightforward. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of any gate movement, providing adaptability that fixed hardware cannot give.
The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.
Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes for swift attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
