Introducing the captivating and functional EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing, a fencing style that adds charm and practicality to any space. Its elegant curvature not only elevates the structure's aesthetics but also serves a vital purpose. Beyond its ornate appearance, this product stands as a reliable barrier suitable for diverse applications, ranging from parks and schools to commercial and residential areas. It offers security for public spaces while maintaining an inviting and open feel.
Exciting news from First Fence: the launch of the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate collection, designed to perfectly complement the EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing series. Within First Fence's EnviroRail® line, both gate and railing panel kits are available. The gates come in single and double leaf options, showcasing a variety of polyester powder-coated colours.
The EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing, though appearing as a standard railing bay at first glance, is crafted using a low-weld technique, making it an environmentally friendly system. This innovative method employs custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components that form robust bonds when pressed together, eliminating the necessity for high-energy, resource-heavy welding.
Constructed from top-quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards, the gates are then polyester powder coated. These treatments ensure durability, enabling the product to withstand outdoor conditions seamlessly.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates are a modular and lightweight system with easy installation of various hardware. Their universal handedness allows on-site flexibility, eliminating the need for a fixed left or right-hand leaf. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
All EnviroRail® gates come pre-drilled, simplifying the installation of hinges and the drop bolt. The package includes plastic hole plugs for unused holes. Optional locking drop bolts are available to add to your order.
The kit comprises an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge post, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes. Safety is paramount as the gate complies with BS 12604 safety guidelines, ensuring that if one hinge fails, others prevent the gate leaf from falling, preventing potential injury or damage. The three gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various widths and heights, the gate kit offers both dig-in and bolt-down options, suitable for installation in various locations. The dig-in option is ideal for softer ground, requiring Post Mix for post stability, while the bolt-down option suits harder ground and is fixed with four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts per post.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
First Fence offers a range of EnviroRail® Railings and Estate Railings and Gates for purchase, expanding options for customers seeking quality fencing solutions.
