Their versatility extends to both bolt-down and dig-in installations, ensuring adaptability to various ground surfaces. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate distinguishes itself in the industry through its eco-friendly manufacturing approach utilising an inventive production process. While it may exhibit a conventional look, it employs a low-weld method by integrating precision laser-cut pre-galvanised elements. This not only creates sturdy connections as the components are assembled but also reduces the reliance on energy-intensive welding. This aligns with customer preferences for a manufacturing process that minimises environmental impact.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates exhibit exceptional resilience, enabling prolonged exposure to outdoor elements and general wear and tear. This ensures years of reliable functionality and maintains their aesthetic appeal over time.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution, enabling rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. With their versatile design, these gates offer superb on-site flexibility, eliminating the requirement for particular left or right-hand specifications. This streamlines decision-making throughout the installation process. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility that fixed hardware doesn't give.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a single hinge failing. The gate hooks are welded to the gate post, and fixed-axis hinges eliminate vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for easy fitting of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, offering ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

In addition to the gate kit, First Fence offers EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates, providing a comprehensive range for various security needs. Consider enhancing security with a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
