Features and Benefits

The individual leaf Bow Top gate kit may seem conventional at first glance, but its construction employs a low-weld technique, rendering it an environmentally conscious system. This manufacturing process involves custom-made, laser-cut components that form robust bonds upon assembly, eliminating the necessity for high-energy and resource-intensive welding.

All gates in this series are crafted from pre-galvanised steel complying with BS 10346 standards and subsequently coated with polyester powder. These treatments ensure the product's longevity and resilience against outdoor installation challenges. Moreover, a variety of RAL colours are available for selection.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. All EnviroRail gates come with a UniSlide kit, a secure and durable sliding system for smooth functionality. The Single Leaf Kit includes a retainer plate and guide plate for precise alignment, a durable slider with an handle set and fixings.

EnviroRail® gates offer a lightweight, fully modular system designed for swift installation of various gate hardware kits. Universally handed, these gates provide utmost on-site flexibility in choosing the preferred leaf orientation. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.

The gate arrives with pre-drilled frame holes intended for easy installation of three hinges and a locking drop bolt if needed. Plastic hole plugs accompany the kit for the non-attack face of the gate when a drop bolt isn't utilised. Additionally, an EnviroRail® Slider Kit ADD DETAIL HERE and a locking drop bolt can be included in your order.

This EnviroRail® Single Leaf Gate Kit includes a gate leaf, hinge post, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, ensuring compliance with BS 12604 safety guidelines. The three hinges guarantee that if one were to fail, the gate remains secure, averting potential injury or damage. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded onto the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.

Offered in various heights and widths, this gate kit provides dig-in and bolt-down versions suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in option suits softer ground like soil or grass and requires Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down version is ideal for harder ground and secures using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.

This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
