The Bow Top Railing showcases a distinct curved design on the top edge of the rail, seamlessly blending elegance with practicality as a sturdy barrier. The EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing Double Leaf Gate distinguishes itself in the market through its environmentally conscious manufacturing process. By employing a low-weld technique and utilising custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components, it significantly reduces reliance on energy-intensive welding. Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates demonstrate exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring years of reliable functionality. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
The EnviroRail® Gates offer a fully modular, lightweight solution, enabling swift installation for various hardware needs. Universally handed, they provide on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. A locking drop bolt is available as an additional purchase and is highly recommended for a double leaf gate.
The kit includes two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability even if one hinge fails. Moreover, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post. Plastic inserts for the open box sections are also provided.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits are offered in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for a secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts, available for addition to your order.
