Within this product range, we feature an assortment of gate and railing panel kits. Our gates are, naturally, available in single and double leaf options and come in a wide range of polyester powder-coated RAL colours to perfectly blend with current colour schemes to or align with corporate branding. These gates are available in both a dig in and bolt down format meaning they are compatible most ground surfaces.

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate, despite its apparently ordinary look, stands out in the market with its eco-friendly manufacturing procedure. Applying a low-weld technique, the process incorporates customised laser-cut pre-galvanised parts, forming very sturdy bonds when pressed together therefore reducing the reliance on energy-intensive welding. Produced from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with a polyester powder layer, our gates show notable durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, and ensuring years of reliable performance.

EnviroRail® Gates afford a modular and lightweight gate solution, facilitating brisk installation to meet various hardware requirements. With its universal design, it provides on-site flexibility without the need for specific left or right-hand specifications, therefore simplifying decision-making during fitting. The modularity of this gate range allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility that fixed hardware cannot give.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a hinge failure. Additionally, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eradicating vertical movement.

Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes, making simple the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack side.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

This gate range has fully modular locking ability and is compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when installed correctly, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
