The EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate, standing at 0.9 metres in height and 2.5 metres in width, harmonises with the corresponding railing style within this series, imparting grace and security to its placement location. With their elegant and decorative appeal, the Bow Top Railings not only enhance aesthetics but also serve as a functional barrier. This versatile fencing and gate system finds application across various settings such as schools, parks, public and residential areas.
Features and Benefits
The single leaf Bow Top gate kit, although resembling a typical bay at first glance, employs an environmentally friendly construction technique through a low-weld process. This method involves custom-made, laser-cut components that form robust bonds when pressed together, eliminating the necessity for high-energy and resource-intensive welding.
All gates in this range are crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and then polyester powder coated. These treatments ensure prolonged durability, enabling the product to withstand outdoor installation challenges. A selection of RAL colours is available for customisation.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® gates offer a lightweight, fully modular system designed for the swift installation of various gate hardware kits. Universally handed, these gates provide on-site flexibility in selecting leaf orientation. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give. Our UniSlide kit comes with our gate kit and can easily attach to all our EnviroRail Gates.
The gate arrives with pre-drilled frame holes for easy installation of three hinges and a locking drop bolt, if needed. Additionally, plastic hole plugs are included for use on the non-attack face of the gate in case a drop bolt isn't utilised. Accessories like a locking drop bolt can be added to your order.
Comprising a gate leaf, hinge and catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, the EnviroRail® Single Leaf Gate Kit adheres to BS 12604 safety guidelines. The three hinges ensure safety, preventing the gate from falling and causing injury or damage in case one fails. The gate hooks are fully welded onto the gate post and are are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various heights and widths, this gate kit offers both dig-in and bolt-down versions suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in option suits softer ground, requiring Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground and secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
