Introducing RapidShield® from First Fence

RapidShield® is a cutting-edge, high-security fencing system that combines the affordability, convenience, and quick setup of temporary fencing with the strength of rigid mesh, in a moveable format. This allows you to secure an area with the least amount of hassle and disruption. RapidShield® is suitable for event security for high-profile events, construction and development sites, emergency response and disaster relief, and warehousing, distribution and urban development.

RapidShield® has a durable and modular design. Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel, the RapidShield® system is built to withstand harsh weather conditions. Its modular design allows for the creation of a security fence of any length. Additionally, the system is available with a green or black polyester powder coating, providing extra protection and enhancing durability.

The RapidShield® system offers rapid installation, eliminating the need for ground assessment, hole excavation, or bolting. It can be directly installed on flat surfaces, significantly reducing setup time.

The RapidShield® 3.0m 868 mesh fencing comes in a comprehensive kit that includes a 3.0m high x 2.5m wide 868 mesh panel, an intermediate post, seven M8 x 40mm mesh security bolts, seven black 868 mesh fencing clips, and a black ribbed insert for the post end. The kit also includes a UniFoot kit with ballast for added stability.

RapidShield® is also available in 1.8m, 2.0m and 2.4 metre kits. This fencing kit features an 868 mesh design, which consists of double 8mm horizontal wires and a single 6mm vertical wire, which creates an exceptionally strong and rigid fence panel. The dense mesh pattern makes it difficult to climb, providing enhanced security.

Innovative Stabilising System

The RapidShield® UniFoot kit, which includes 200kg of ballast, is designed to keep your fencing securely in place. It features a patented folding design with an integrated handle for easy manoeuvrability and can be stacked neatly for convenient storage.

This product line also includes a corner post kit and an end post kit, designed for creating changes in direction or finishing off your fencing. To establish a secure entry and exit point, consider adding a RapidShield® site gate. Each gate features pre-lasered holes for our safety tether (gate restrainer), ensuring compliance with BS 12604 safety standards. The gates are equipped with flush-fitting drop bolts for easy storage and stacking, eliminating any protruding hardware. The RapidShield® gate is available in both single and double leaf configurations and comes in various widths to suit your needs.
