2.1m High 'W' Section Powder Coated Palisade Security Fencing Kit
This 2.1m high Palisade Fencing is suitable for locations that require intimidating, robust security fencing. Designed for permanent installation on both soft and hard ground, Palisade Fencing is an extremely strong security fencing system which is often used to protect industrial and commercial buildings, as well as public areas. You will most commonly see Palisade fencing installed around industrial sites, railways, agricultural areas, and high security buildings throughout the United Kingdom.
Please note that our Palisade range does not come pre-assembled, and the components will need to be assembled on-site. For more information, please read our installation guide.

What are the security features of Palisade Fencing?
Made from high quality steel, this 2.1m high Palisade Fencing is galvanised with a coating of zinc, which helps to protect it from rust, which can be a problem for any product in permanent outdoor use.
The Palisade is made up of steel pales which have a ‘W’ shape profile, and this makes the overall security fencing structure very difficult to grip onto. We have three types of different pales. Our first is triple-pointed pales, which means they have three sharp spikes cut into the top of them, and this works as an effective theft deterrent, as they are dangerous to scale. Second is our single-pointed pales, which is a single straight point. This is designed to make it very difficult to grip. Our last pales are round and notched, which have an indent and then are rounded on top. These pales are commonly used around areas where they still need the intimidating appearance but less intense theft deterrent features.
Our Palisade fencing bolts are designed to be anti-tamper. When installed to a certain pre-determined torque, the hexagonal section will shear off, leaving a smooth tamper-proof surface. The top rail is equipped with little spikes, which make it very difficult to grip onto and climb over.

Powder Coating Options Available
Powder coated Palisade Fencing is a great way to help prevent intruders from gaining unauthorised access to your site. It has an intimidating appearance and is a great way to indicate the perimeter of your site. Powder-coated finish, which gives the Palisade fencing greater resilience to weathering and damage, as well as giving it a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. You can request your 2.1m high Palisade Fencing in a range of RAL colour powder coating finishes.
Installation Guidance
Post mix and ground anchors are needed to install the Palisade fencing. These are not included and will need to be purchased separately. Four ground anchors are needed for our bolt-down posts. The posts are supplied with a base plate with four pre-drilled holes where the ground anchors are placed to secure the post to the ground. For our dig-in posts, which are designed for soft ground installation, our post mix can be used to securely install the posts into the ground.
Don’t forget to purchase an end post if your fencing does not join back to itself!
Installation requirements vary based on ground suitability. Installation guides are given as a recommendation only and show the maximum requirements for post holes for dig-in systems as well as standard bolt holes for bolt-down systems. Please refer to your installer for suitable installation requirements for your site and fence style.
