Introducing RapidShield® from First Fence

RapidShield® is an innovative, high-security fencing system that blends the cost-effectiveness, convenience and swift set-up of temporary fencing, with the durability of permanent fencing, allowing you to secure an area with little fuss or disruption.

The system is manufactured from pre-galvanised steel, giving resilience against harsh weather conditions, and is modular, allowing you to create a security fence of any length. The system is available with a green or black polyester powder coating, which gives further protection to the product.

This system has a speedy installation time as there is no need to assess the ground, excavate holes, or bolt this system in place; it can be installed directly onto flat ground.

The RapidShield® 1.8m 868 mesh fencing comes in kit form; each kit contains a 1.8m high x 2.5m wide 868 mesh panel, an intermediate post, seven M8 x 40mm mesh security bolts, seven black 868 mesh fencing clips and a black ribbed insert for the post end. This kit also includes a UniFoot kit with ballast.

RapidShield® is also available in 2.0m, 2.4m, and 3.0-metre kits. This specific fencing kit features an 868 mesh design, a type of welded wire that consists of double horizontal wires with a diameter of 8mm and a single vertical wire of 6mm. This dense mesh pattern of 868 makes it difficult to climb, providing additional security.

Innovative Stabilising System

The RapidShield® Unifoot kit, which includes 200kg of ballast, is designed to secure your fencing in place. The RapidShield® Unifoot kit has an innovative, patented folding design with an integrated handle for easy manoeuvrability, and it can be stacked neatly for convenient storage.

Additional Products

This product line also includes a corner post kit and an end post kit, designed for creating changes in direction or finishing off your fencing. To establish a secure entry and exit point, consider adding a RapidShield® site gate. Each gate features pre-lasered holes for our safety tether (gate restrainer), ensuring compliance with BS 12604 safety standards. The gates are equipped with flush-fitting drop bolts for easy storage and stacking, eliminating any protruding hardware. The RapidShield® gate is available in both single and double leaf configurations and comes in various widths to suit your needs.
