XtremeMat - 4m x 2m
XtremeMats are an advanced and versatile heavy-duty matting system designed to be used in very harsh environments. They have an ultra-tough UV-stable HDPE plastic outer layer and a hard foam inner core that provides strength and buoyancy which means they can be used on boggy ground or even floated on water.
Each XtremeMat measures 4m x 2m and are perfect for larger projects and long access roads. The mats have overlapping flange joints which provide total support on soft ground and are connected with unique Mega-Thread bolts for easy alignment on uneven ground. The mat comes with 6 self-aligning bolts.
The XtremeMat can be attached in any direction which gives ultimate flexibility of site layout. By half overlapping the mats, the strength of the trackway will be increased.
These heavy-duty ground cover mats have a comfortable weight loading of 80 tonnes under firm, dry ground conditions. Always assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground and only operate vehicles within the weight range that the ground can safely support.
Also available in the heavy duty range is the MudStopper mat which has a unique textured surface that effectively removes mud from vehicle tyre tread.
