Step-by-Step Installation

Fit the Locinox VERA battery-powered code lock to gate insert locks with this step-by-step installation guide.  

1. Mark & Drill Holes: Stick the self-adhesive template onto the gate leaf profile aligned with the mortise lock cutout. Mark hole centres with a punch and hammer, then drill the required mounting holes using a cordless drill.  

2. Configure Lock Handing: For VERA Single setups, adjust the left-hand or right-hand orientation switches on the rear module using a 3mm hex key.  

3. Install Battery Pack: Insert the battery module into the housing compartment.  

4. Mount Keypad Assembly: Pass the connecting cable through the gate profile, position the front and rear plates against the profile, and secure them using the 3mm hex mounting bolts.  

5. Fit Lock Cylinder: Slide the Europrofile cylinder into the insert lock body and fasten the cylinder retaining screw.  

6. Attach Lever Handles: Push the handles onto the spindle and tighten the grub screws using a 3mm hex key.
