🛠️ Step-by-Step Fitting

Position Template: Place the installation template onto the post relative to the top hinge.

Mark & Punch Drill Points: Use a centre punch tool and hammer to mark fixing locations.

Drill Post Holes: Drill the required mounting holes into the post profile.

Set Handing Direction: Configure the top mechanism for left-hand or right-hand gate swing.

Mount Body with Quick-Fix: Attach the Rhino body to the post and tighten using Quick-Fix expanders.

Connect Hinge Arm: Secure the top connector bracket to the gate hinge bolt.

Tune Speed & Latching: Fine-tune the closing speed and final snap force at the bottom using an Allen key.
