Sheffield Cycle Stand - Dig In
The Sheffield Cycle Stand is a classic and very popular design giving a low-maintenance solution to bike parking. The shape of the cycle stand will allow two bikes to be parked, one on each side, and both the bike frame and wheel can be locked to it for greater security. It is simple and clean in design and will blend easily with its surroundings.
Made from Grade 304 Satin Finish Stainless Steel this Cycle Stand measures 750mm overall width, 1100mm overall height (800mm installed) and has a 48mm diameter x 2mm wall thickness. It is a dig in/root fixed format so will need ground excavation and a product like Post Mix to fix it securely into the ground.
Stainless Steel is rust and corrosion resistant so is an ideal material for this product which will be permanently installed out of doors. Its shiny, smooth surface will continue to look good throughout its lifetime and requires minimal maintenance, just a wipe down with a soft cloth and and some stainless steel cleaning product will remove any built up grime.
This is also available in a bolt down format which attached directly to concrete making it a fast install. First Fence also has a range of Stainless Steel bollards which will work well with with this product giving an overall clean and co-ordinated look. Also available is a galvanised cycle stand which can be polyester powder coated in a range of RAL colours.
