Our double leaf gate offers unparalleled flexibility in access control. Forged from high-grade steel, which is hot dip galvanised to ISO 1461 standards. It is further shielded by a polyester powder coating, available in a variety of colours, to fortify it against wear, damage, rust, and corrosion.
The comprehensive kit encompasses gate leaves, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature an 868 mesh infill, a well-established security mesh configuration characterised by 6mm thick vertical wires and 8mm thick horizontals, rendering it highly resistant to cutting. This robust mesh finds its ideal application in scenarios demanding clear perimeter visibility or seamless integration with CCTV systems.
To enhance security, our gate kit integrates six adjustable gate eyes, ensuring gate stability even in the unlikely event of hinge failure. Each adjustable gate eye bolt is securely fastened with a snap-off nut, mitigating the risk of post-installation removal. Furthermore, two Drop Bolts add an extra layer of safety.
Installation made easy
Our SR1-rated gate kit is available in both dig-in and bolt-down formats and is installed the same way as standard mesh fencing and gates, rendering it adaptable to diverse ground conditions. Whether you face grass or other soft terrains necessitating the dig-in option, or concrete and other solid ground types demanding bolt-down posts, we offer comprehensive solutions.
The bolt-down kit includes indispensable ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit requires the addition of Post Mix to your order. For optimal installation, we recommend four bags per post. Ideally you should use a C20 or C25 grade post mix.
Versatile Access Control
Our gate is ingeniously designed to accommodate both pedestrian access and small vehicles like forklifts. Boasting a 6.0m width, it incorporates a sliding latch bolt to securely close the leaves, while the drop bolts ensure steadfast leaf placement. You retain the flexibility to open one or both leaves to align with your specific requirements.
