It meticulously assesses the equipment's ability to withstand forced entry, subjecting each component to a battery of tools, including bolt cutters, pliers, and screwdrivers.

Moreover, it gauges the determination of any would-be intruders, measuring their willingness to invest time in a breach attempt. With its coveted SR1 (A1) rating, this mesh system offers robust resistance against a sustained sixty-second attack with Toolkit A. Features and Benefits

The 1.8m x 1.2m Wide ProFence® 358 Mesh Single Gate Leaf Kit represents a perfect security solution. It includes a sliding gate leaf, catch and hinge post, three gate eyes, and Ribbed Inserts for the posts and gate frame.

This secure gate is made from steel which has been hot dip galvanised to ISO 1461 standards and polyester powder coated making it ideal for permanent outdoor installation. The design ensures a double layer of protection against rust, corrosion, and the rigours of wear-and-tear, ensuring it has a long, useful life with minimal maintenance required.

The mesh fill of the ProFence® gate features the distinctive 358 Mesh. Often known as Prison Mesh, this has narrow spaces between the wires which prevent intruders getting a grip on. This type of mesh has fantastic strength and rigidity.

Safety remains a top priority and so three adjustable gate eyes feature, ensuring that even if a single hinge point were to fail, the gate would remain secure, preventing drops and potential injuries. Each gate eye is securely fastened with a shear nut, making it tamper-proof once fixed into place.

For added security, the gate can be kept in the closed position using the sliding latch bolt.

ProFence® is certified for gradients from 0 to 25 degrees.

Installation

The ProFence® gate is available in either a dig-in or bolt-down format. Once you have assessed your ground conditions you can choose the most appropriate. The bolt-down option is supplied with four ground anchor bolts for each post, while the dig-in post option requires Post Mix, available as an additional purchase. For a 1.8m high gate, it is recommended to use three bags of Post Mix per post, ensuring a solid foundation. You should use either C20 or C25 post mix.

A recommended range of approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks is available.
