This validation signifies a remarkable one-minute delay against physical attacks utilising a variety of compact hand tools from Toolkit A, including glass cutters, wrenches, punches, spanners and pliers. These small-scale and easily concealed tools are the preferred choice of potential intruders due to their covert nature. This pivotal sixty-second delay against hostile intrusion, provides critical time for on-site security personnel to detect any breach on CCTV and react promptly. This certification also establishes the duration of time one would expend in an attempt to gain access.

Our 358 Mesh double leaf gate furnishes users with flexibility in access control, enabling the opening and closing of one or both leaves. This gate has been manufactured from premium hot-dipped galvanised steel, further fortified by a polyester powder coating, available to choose in a variety of RAL colours, augmenting its resistance against wear, damage, rust, vandalism, and corrosion. The colour can be matched with an existing fence line or your corporate branding for a polished and professional finish. When a product is permanently placed outdoors, as a gate is, this kind of surface protection is indispensable.

This product comes in a comprehensive kit format, inclusive of gate leaves, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature a 358 mesh infill, a firmly established security mesh configuration that exhibits high resistance to cutting or climbing attempts. This robust mesh is ideal for situations necessitating unobstructed perimeter visibility or integration with CCTV systems.

To bolster security, our gate kit integrates six adjustable gate eyes, assuring gate stability even in the event of a single hinge failure. Each adjustable gate eye bolt is securely fastened with a snap-off nut, reducing the risk of post-installation removal. Furthermore, two Drop Bolts provide an additional layer of security.

Easy Installation

Our SR1-rated gate kit is available to buy in both dig-in and bolt-down formats and has the same installation protocol as our typical mesh fencing and gates, rendering it adaptable to a variety of ground conditions. Whether you're dealing with grass or other soft terrains that require the dig-in option, or concrete and other solid ground types necessitating bolt-down posts, we have you covered.

The bolt-down kit comes with the essential ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit will need the inclusion of Post Mix in your order. For optimal installation, we recommend four bags per post. You should use either C20 or C25 post mix.

Adaptable Access Control

Our gate is designed to accommodate both pedestrian access and vehicles, boasting a substantial 9.0m width. It integrates a sliding latch bolt to securely close the leaves, while the drop bolts ensure unwavering leaf placement. You retain the freedom to open one or both leaves to align with your specific location requirements.
